Mohd Noor Abd Salam is currently the Head of Marketing & Investment, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) since early 2011. Graduated as a Civil Engineer, starting his career with Kuala Lumpur City Hall, before venturing into the Private sector beginning 1992 involving Johor Bharu Water Supply Privatisation Project with an International Consortium. In 1995, he was also involved with the success story for the Privatisation Water Supply Projects in the state of Selangor & Kelantan. In 2002, was appointed as the Lead Negotiator for the Highway & Land Development Projects in Penang. Before joining IRDA, his was with United Malayan Land Bhd (UM Land) involving Strategic Planning and Township Development.
